We’re committed to preserving their condition and quality for the next owner. Even minimal wear can affect the item's grade or value — and we want every customer to receive their item exactly as described. To help you shop confidently, we provide clear measurements, detailed descriptions, and high-quality photos. And of course, if you ever need more information or help choosing the right item, our team is here for you!
Do you have a showroom or lounge I can visit for a private viewing?
We're currently in the process of building our Reluxe Lounge — a dedicated space designed for private viewings and a more personal shopping experience. This upcoming lounge is being thoughtfully curated to offer a warm, comfortable, and exclusive environment where you can explore our collection up close. We're putting a lot of care into making sure it provides a unique experience. While it’s not open just yet, we’re so excited to welcome you soon.
